Trevor Noah Rips Trump: ‘As Someone From South Sh-thole, I’m Offended’ (Video)

“Guys, I don’t know how to tell you this, but the president is racist,” the “Daily Show” host says on Thursday

“The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah joined his late-night colleagues on Thursday in ripping President Trump over his comments referring to Haiti, El Salvador and African nations as “s—hole countries.”

“Guys, I don’t know how to tell you this, but the president is racist,” said Noah, a native of South Africa.

“Personally, as someone from South S—hole, I’m offended, Mr. President,” he said. “Because not only does he think brown countries are s—holes, he thinks, what, we’re never going to know what he said? I mean, don’t get me wrong, it might take a few weeks, but once the news donkey reaches our village, we’ll be so mad.”

Noah also blasted Trump for saying that that the U.S. should accept more immigrants from European countries like Norway.

“He didn’t just name a white country, he named the whitest country,” Noah said.

Before Trump’s controversial comments, Noah told viewers he initially planned to open the show by referencing South Korea’s president for giving him credit sparking negotiations with North Korea.

“I was going to be, like, ‘Wow, Donald Trump, maybe you did something righ,t’” Noah said.
