Former truTV executive vice president and COO Marc Juris has joined WE tv as president and general manager, AMC Networks said Thursday.
Juris, who will report to AMC Networks chief operating officer Ed Carroll, replaces Kim Martin, who stepped down earlier this month. Martin will remain on as an adviser for AMC Networks, reporting to CEO Josh Sapan.

Prior to his tenure at truTV, Juris held numerous positions at AMC Networks, which at the time was known as Rainbow Media, including president of Fuse, the company’s music channel.
“I’m excited to have the opportunity to lead WE tv at this moment in its evolution, and to rejoin a company that played a major role in launching and shaping my career,” Juris said.
