Twitter is poised to name its top commerce executive, former Ticketmaster Chief Executive Nathan Hubbard, as its interim head of media, according to reports Monday.

Twitter didn’t immediately respond to a message seeking comment.

Hubbard, who has been the social network’s head of commerce since 2013, would be filling the role vacated just one day ago by Katie Stanton, a five-year vet of the social-media company.

She spearheaded the site’s efforts to attract top-tier content providers and helped launch several of Twitter’s international offices.

Stanton was among a management exodus of five top executives confirmed on Sunday. News of the defections pummeled the company’s stock on Monday, after investors have depressed share price by more than half in the last year as they question the company’s growth potential and strategic direction.

Twitter shares ended Monday’s session down 4.6 percent at $17.02, and weren’t active in after-hours trading.

Hubbard’s appointment was earlier reported by CNBC and Recode.
