Jason O’Mara drama “Complications” has been canceled by USA after one season, the cable network announced Friday.

From “Burn Notice” creator Matt Nix and Fox Television Studios, “Complications” centered around John Ellison (O’Mara), a disillusioned suburban ER doctor who found his existence transformed when he intervened in a drive-by shooting, saving a young boy’s life and killing one of his attackers.

Aside from O’Mara, Angel joined regular cast members Jessica Szohr, Beth Riesgraf and Lauren Stamile.

The show premiered on June 18, 2015, and wrapped up its 10-episode season on Aug. 13.

“Complications” was the second new summer series to premiere on USA, the other being “Mr. Robot,” the hacker drama starring Rami Malek that has already been renewed for Season 2.
