Kathie Lee Gifford is a bit of a singer. Hoda Kotb is, well, not. Even so, the “Today” show’s 10 a.m. duo secretly tried out during the blind auditions round on Monday’s season premiere of “The Voice.”
The results were a mixed bag.
Though all four judges did eventually turn their chairs around, it was probably the train wreck factor. Kelly Clarkson, Alicia Keys, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine enjoyed their rubber-necking moment.

“Hoda, Kathie Lee saved your a– on that one,” Shelton said to the two ladies trying out, who called themselves “The Winos.”
