Fox’s ‘Who Shot Biggie and Tupac?’ to Explore Still-Unsolved Murders

Two-hour true-crime special comes over 20 years after deaths of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls

Fox is prepping an investigative crime special about the still-unsolved murders of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls.

“Who Shot Biggie & Tupac?” will be led by Ice-T and Soledad O’Brien and airs on Sept. 24.

The special comes 20 years after the murders rocked the hip-hop world.

Shakur was killed in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in September 1996. Smalls, born Christopher George Latore Wallace, was fatally shot by an unknown attacker in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles in March 1997.

“Who Shot Biggie & Tupac?” is produced by Critical Content.Ice-T, O’Brien, Tom Forman, David Metzler, Jon Beyer, Brad Bishop and Jorge Hinojosa are executive producers.

“Who Shot Biggie & Tupac?” airs Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
