‘Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks’ Season 6 Finale – Ah Crap, That’s a Shark (Exclusive Video)

And thus, NOT tuna

It ain’t “SharkFest,” and this hammerhead is not a welcome guest on the Season 6 finale of National Geographic’s “Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks.”

On Sunday’s episode, Captain Adam Price and the small crew of the Offshore Outlaw have one last day to score a whopper of a tuna — and thus, a payday. Unfortunately, that fish on the line of Second Mate John-Michael Dicksinson’s rod and reel is no tuna: It’s a gigantic hammerhead shark.

Might as well throw that bad boy back. After all, you can’t make money on a shark. (Or maybe you can but it’s just illegal? We didn’t look too much into it, to be perfectly honest.)

Oh, quick pitch from us: Please get that dog off the boat? Thanks!

“Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks” follows three veteran Northern boats and four new Southern boats, all determined to fish their way to victory, according to Nat Geo. With a dwindling quota and a determination to come out on top, the captains are constantly pushed to the limit by extreme fatigue, tempers, and conditions.

The Season 6 finale of “Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks” airs Sunday, Oct. 6 at 9/8c on National Geographic.
