Will Smith Checks Skydiving Off His Bucket List in New Facebook Watch Series

Six-episode series will show “Aladdin” star swimming with sharks and performing standup comedy

Will Smith is looking to conquer his fears while traveling the globe in his new show, aptly titled “Will Smith’s Bucket List,” which debuted Wednesday morning on Facebook Watch, the social network’s video hub.

Smith’s first challenge in the series premiere: skydiving.

Smith tries to convince his wife Jada Pinkett Smith to go skydiving with him in Dubai for his 50th birthday in the first episode — something she’s not exactly thrilled about.

You can check out the first episode, which runs about 20 minutes, below:

The next five episodes of “Bucket List” will roll out each week at 12 p.m. ET. Later in the season, the “Men in Black” star will attempt several other daunting tasks, like swimming with sharks and performing standup comedy. The series will also follow Smith to Cuba, where he’ll look to run a half marathon on limited preparation, and Abu Dhabi, where he will participate in a simulated F1 race.

Smith joins his wife, who also has her own show on Facebook Watch, “Red Table Talk.”

The six-episode partnership with Smith comes as Facebook continues to rollout more original shows for its video platform. On Tuesday, the company announced plans to launch an animated comedy series from the producers of “BoJack Horseman” starring Zac Efron and Anna Kendrick.
