A women’s advocacy group is urging Fox to fire Bill O’Reilly and “stop protecting sexual predators” in a new ad, circulated ahead of the company’s board meeting to decide the fate of Fox News host.

The video by UltraViolet features stories of women who claim they were sexually-harassed by O’Reilly, pulling information from The New York Times’ investigation into the allegations. Earlier this month, The New York Times reported that Fox News and O’Reilly have ponied up a whopping $13 million to settle five sexual harassment settlements against the TV host. O’Reilly has denied all allegations.

UltraViolet urges the company to part ways with O’Reilly, captioning the video, “Bill O’Reilly is a serial sexual predator, a bigot, and a misogynist. It’s time for Fox News to fire him.”

On Tuesday, The Daily Intelligencer’s Gabe Sherman reported that three “sources with knowledge of the discussions” have said that the Murdochs are leaning toward dumping O’Reilly, who is currently on vacation — though no final decision has been made yet.

Sherman, who literally wrote the book on the inner-wokings of Fox News, claimed James and Lachlan Murdoch want O’Reilly out, while their father, Rupert, is still holding out hope of keeping the top rated host.

Matt Drudge later on Tuesday tweeted that “O’Reilly has had a tremendous run.” The Wall Street Journal, owned by the Murdoch family, reported Tuesday night that Fox is prepared to boot O’Reilly.

Fox has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment about the UltraViolet video.

UltraViolet is a community of people dedicated to fighting sexism and expanding women’s rights.
