Jimmy Kimmel Calls Out LA Newscasters for Their Terrible Boston Accent Attempts (Video)

Dodgers-Red Sox World Series brings out the worst in these anchors and reporters

Jimmy Kimmel isn’t here for your hilarious fake Boston accents, L.A. newscasters. On Tuesday, the ABC late-night host called out local anchors, reporters and weather forecasters for their predictable and terrible attempts at sounding like Red Sox fans.

Yeah, there was a whole lot of “Fenway Pahk” and “clam chow-dah” chatter in these local broadcasts.

Boston fans had the last laugh last night, as their Red Sox defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 1 of the 2018 World Series, 8-4.

Game 2, which will also be played in Boston, is scheduled for Wednesday night at 8:09 p.m. ET. The teams will then head to L.A. for Friday.
