Merry Christmas, geeks: We all chipped in and got you another early look at Season 11 of Fox’s “The X-Files.”
The above sneak peek features new footage from the upcoming 10-episode run, as well as behind-the-scenes interviews with stars David Duchovny, Gillian Anderson and Mitch Pileggi.
Series creator Chris Carter is also there, and he promises “a really interesting, dramatic solution” to last year’s loose ends.
“Declassified: The End of the World” takes fans onto the closed set of the “limited” series — and possibly onto the Season 10 finale’s UFO.
Watch the video above. It’s a long one — so sit back, relax, light up a cigarette like the Smoking Man, look up to the stars and wonder just what the hell is really out there.
“The X-Files” returns to Fox with 10 new episodes starting Wednesday, January 3 at 8/7c.
