Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bieber Top 2011 Webby Awards

Zach Galifianakis topped the sprawling 2011 Webby Awards field on Tuesday, winning four awards, while Justin Bieber took the People's Voice award for best comedy video at the 15th annual competition.

Galifianakis was honored for his hysterical mock-interview Web series "Between Two Ferns," snagging Webbys for best Web personality/host, best comedy short and best online variety show.

Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's Funny Or Die — where "Between Two Ferns" is produced — won eight Webbys, the most for any single website. Other multiple winners included Google Creative Labs (5), Discovery Communications (4), the New York Times (3), TED.com (3), ESPN (3) and AOL (3).

Conan O'Brien's "Team Coco" won the Webby for best fansite, while Twitter — not surprisingly — won the community Webby.
