"The Closer," "Rizzoli & Isles" and "Leverage" will all be coming back for new seasons, TNT said on Friday.
"Rizzoli & Isles" stars Angie Harmon and Maura Isles as a detective and medical examiner who investigate crimes together in Boston. The only new show of the bunch, it's gotten off to a very strong start. The premiere of the show July 12 was watched by 7.6 million viewers, and it has gone on to average 7.1 viewers a week.
Set in the LAPD Priority Homicide Division, "The Closer" ranks as the biggest show in ad-supported cable with an average 7.1 million viewers per week. "The Closer" is currently in its sixth season, and its ratings are up 7 percent compared to season five.
"Leverage" debuted in 2008, it stars Timothy Hutton as the leader of a team of vigilante hackers and thieves. Now in its third season, it averages 4.1 million viewers a week.
