The sixth season of “American Horror Story” is moving full speed ahead, but where is star Evan Peters?

The question has fans frenzied after the second episode of “My Roanoke Nightmare” debuted on Wednesday night with no sign of the actor. At least, that’s what they think.

Theories have begun emerging as to where the now-redhead (he told TheWrap that he dyed his hair for this season) could be, especially because he is listed in the show’s credits and on IMDB for this season.

One social media user claims Peters’ shoulder made an appearance in the premiere, when Shelby (Sarah Paulson) and Matt (Cuba Gooding Jr.) first moved into the house and a weird pig-headed creature was seen lurking in the woods. This also raised questions over whether this related to Piggy Man from “Murder House,” the storyline of the series’ first season.

Another theory claims that Peters will be the talking head of the redheaded police officer (Colby French) from both episodes so far this season, which is shot documentary-style and set years after the characters’ “Roanoke Nightmare.” In Episode 2, Matt finds nurses committing murder in his dining room and runs outside to the station car parked outside for protection.

Lily Rabe and Andre Holland star as the talking heads for Shelby and Matt.

One last theory floating around is that Peters is the leader of the Lost Colony, of which Kathy Bates, Wes Bentley and Lady Gaga are also a part.

Either way, fans are freaking out that they haven’t caught a proper glimpse of the actor in the two first episodes.
