Stephen Colbert has never looked so delighted.
The host of CBS’ “Late Show” had “War for the Planet of the Apes” star Andy Serkis on Tuesday’s episode, when the comedian asked the stage and screen actor for a big favor: Would he read some President Trump tweets as Gollum? Serkis would.
The “Lord of the Rings” alum absolutely nailed the spontaneous assignment, growling and squealing about “fake news.” And oh yes, “covfefe.”
