The “Parks and Recreation” star will become only the 8th comedian to headline a show at the New York landmark
If he hadn't already, Aziz Ansari has now officially made it as a comedian.
Ansari, a stand-up and star of NBC's “Parks and Recreation,” will headline a show at New York's Madison Square Garden on October 9th, becoming only the 8th comedian in history to do so. It is part of an extension of his latest stand-up tour, which also now includes dates in Houston, Dallas, Philadelphia, DC, and Las Vegas.
He joins a small fraternity of comedians to headline at the World's Most Famous Arena; Kevin Hart, Bob Hope, George Burns, Eddie Izzard, Chris Rock, Andrew “Dice” Clay and Dane Cook are the previous headliners.
