“Scream Queens” alum Billie Lourd is moving over to another Ryan Murphy property with a role in Season 7 of “American Horror Story,” TheWrap has learned.

She is tapped to star opposite Sarah Paulson, who is also a Murphy mainstay, and additional newcomer Billy Eichner. “American Horror Story” regular Evan Peters will also be returning.

Lourd is best known for her breakout role as Chanel #3 in “Scream Queens.” She also had a small role in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens along with her mother, Carrie Fisher.

There’s no word on who or what Lourd is playing in the upcoming season. We don’t even know what to expect from it as an audience in terms of story, time period, or genre of horror, although that’s typical of the show in the months leading up to its premiere.

FX and showrunner Murphy haven’t released details for Season 7 yet, but Murphy said that it’s going to be based on the 2016 election and that there might be a Trump character.

“I don’t have a title but the season when we begin shooting it is going to be about the election that we just went through,” Murphy said. “So I think that will be interesting for a lot of people.”

Paulson is confirmed for the cast, but hasn’t revealed her role. She has gone on record though that she would love to play Kellyanne Conway.
