R&B performer Chris Brown struck a plea deal with the L.A. District Attorney Monday in his criminal case for assaulting Rhianna in February, after the two attended a pre-Grammy party and got into an argument over another woman. His official plea was to the charge of "assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury." The other count -- criminal threats -- will be dismissed at his Aug. 5 sentencing.
