Bravo Renews ‘Top Chef’ for Season 12

Emmy and James Beard Award-winning cooking competition returns in the fall

Bravo has renewed cooking competition “Top Chef” for a 12th season.

The Emmy and James Beard Award-winning series will return in Fall 2014. Nationwide open casting calls for the upcoming season kicks off Feb. 18. Earlier this month, Bravo ordered spin-off “Top Chef Extreme” (working title) to series.

“Top Chef” is produced by the Magical Elves production company. Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz serve as executive producers.

A new “Top Chef” will be crowned Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT during the Season 11 finale from Maui, Hawaii.
