Chris Brown can breathe easy — and hopefully keep his nose clean.

Singer Brown, who had been on probation stemming from the 2009 beating of his then-girlfriend Rihanna walked out of court Friday free and clear, after a judge found that he had successfully completed his probation, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office told TheWrap.

Brown’s probation was revoked in January. The revocation resulted from the fact that the singer was present at two separate nightclub shootings, among other issues. Brown has also been arrested twice while serving his probation, including for assault in Washington, D.C., after he allegedly punched a man in the face during an argument, according to TMZ.

However, Brown’s probation report on Friday determined that he was not in violation.
