2017 Creative Arts Emmys: The Complete List of Night 1 Winners

“Bob’s Burgers” is top animated series, “Carpool Karaoke” wins best primetime variety special

Love the Emmys but hate the acting categories and live-TV pageantry? Then this weekend’s Creative Arts Emmy Awards are the celebration for you!

The 2017 Creative Arts Emmys honor the year’s outstanding artistic and technical achievement in a variety of television program genres, guest performances in weekly series, as well as exceptional work in the animation, reality and documentary categories. If that sounds like a ton of trophies, well, that’s because it is, which explains why the Academy takes two nights to hand them all out.
