After six years as VP of National Publicity at Fox Searchlight, James Finn is joining Fox Home Entertainment as Senior VP of Corporate and Consumer Communications.

Finn, who succeeds Steve Feldstein, will make the move from New York to Los Angeles Aug. 11 and report to FHE’s Executive Vice President, Mary Daily. FHE had Nielsen VideoScan's fourth largest DVD market share in 2008, based on annual revenue.

In Finn’s six years at Searchlight, he helped to design and implement publicity and awards campaigns for movies such as “Slumgdog Millionaire,” “Juno,” and “Little Miss Sunshine.”

Though his most recent experience has been working in the indie world, Finn worked with 20th Century Fox before Searchlight, on titles including “Ice Age” and “X-Men 2.”
