Emma Watson Cringes at ‘Harry Potter’ Outtakes: ‘I Was Such a Loser!’ (Video)

Jimmy Kimmel shows “Beauty and the Beast” actress a clip from “The Sorcerer’s Stone”

Looking back at her “Harry Potter” days, Emma Watson can’t help but cringe — specifically at one scene that Jimmy Kimmel showed her on Monday night.

Watson started acting in the franchise when she was just 9-years-old and says the movies were such a “huge part” of her life. So much that when Kimmel showed the audience an outtake from “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone,” she actually mouthed Harry Potter’s (Daniel Radcliffe) and Ron Weasley’s (Rupert Grint) lines.

“You’re helping them with their lines!” Kimmel said.

“You laugh, but this is actually quite traumatic for me,” the “Beauty and the Beast” actress said. “I created issues because of this. I would ruin takes.”

She continued, “Chris [Columbus] would be like, ‘Cut! Emma, you’re doing it again,’” Watson explained. “I couldn’t help myself. I was such a loser. I really love those books. I really wanted to do my job well and I kind of overdid it.”

“Don’t worry, Guillermo does that with me all the time,” Kimmel responded.

“Beauty and the Beast” also stars Dan Stevens, Ian McKellen, Josh Gad, Luke Evans and Ewan McGregor and will hit theaters on March 17.
