Emma Watson’s lawyers have been called into action, after photos of the “Beauty and the Beast” actress trying on clothes during a fitting emerged online.

Watson’s spokesman told the BBC that the attorneys “have been instructed” in the matter.

The photos, which reportedly capture Watson trying on a number of outfits, were taken “a couple of years ago.”

“Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen,” Watson’s publicist said. “They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further.”

Watson, who gained fame with her portrayal of Hermione Granger in the “Harry Potter” film franchise, is no stranger to photo-related drama.

After a braless photo of the actress was published as part of a Vanity Fair photo-shoot, some critics branded her a hypocrite, due to her outspoken support of feminism.

Watson did have her supporters, however, including model/actress Emily Ratajkowski, who showed solidarity with Watson with a Twitter link to an Elle article titled, “Emma Watson’s Breasts Do Not Herald the Downfall of Feminism.” The link was accompanied by a series of hand-clapping emoticons from Ratajkowski.
