HGTV has renewed “Flip or Flop Vegas” for a second season.

The spinoff of hit “Flip or Flop” stars Bristol Marunde, a contractor and MMA fighter, and his wife Aubrey, a real estate agent and designer. Each episode follows the duo as they purchase dilapidated Las Vegas homes and renovate them into remodels that bring top dollar.

Although “Flip or Flop Vegas” was no “Flip or Flop” in terms of Nielsen TV ratings, HGTV ordered more. The Scripps cable channel plans to do four more spinoffs of the original series.

“Bristol and Aubrey have clearly resonated with fans of house flipping,” said John Feld, senior vice president of programming for HGTV, DIY Network and Great American Country. “When you blend the Marundes’ business savvy and fun chemistry with an electric city like Las Vegas, you’ve got a winner.”

The next episode of “Flip or Flop Vegas” will air on Thursday, June 8, at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
