Gina Gershon has just made a “Glee-ful” addition to her acting credits.
“Bound” actress Gershon has been cast on the upcoming final season of “Glee,” an individual with knowledge of the casting told TheWrap on Monday.
Gershon will play Pam Anderson on the series. No, not the former “Baywatch” babe, but, rather, the mother of Blaine Anderson (played by Darren Criss).
It is not yet known how many episodes that Gershon, who recently starred as Donatella Versace in the Lifetime biopic “House of Versace,” will appear on.
Gershon herself dropped a pretty heavy hint about her “Glee” role via her Instagram account, posting a picture of “me and my handsome sin [sic] Blainey AKA @DarrenCriss.
“Thx for the sweet fun. Xox,” Gershon added.
“Glee” returns to Fox for its final, 11-week season with a two-hour premiere event on Friday, Jan. 16. The series then wraps up with another two-hour blowout with its Mar. 20 finale.
ESA, Barking Dog Entertainment and Untitled Entertainment represent Gershon.
