Ian Harding, Evanna Lynch Have a Screaming Match in ‘Addiction: A 60s Love Story’ Clip (Exclusive Video)

Indie drama follows a heroin addict spiraling out of control in 1960s New York

Ian Harding and Evanna Lynch have a screaming match in a new teaser released from indie drama “Addiction.”

In the exclusive clip (above), Harding’s character, Max Borstein, is seen trying to make things right again with his wife, Teresa (Lynch) — but she’s clearly had enough of him.

A tense confrontation soon turns into a tearful meltdown as Teresa tells Max that she can’t deal with his lies and cheating ways.

Based on a true story, “Addiction: A 60s Love Story” follows Bornstein as a full-time dope fiend working within the underground, highly illegal pornography industry in New York City. He has the Feds on his tail while running books and films to delivery points and mob headquarters around the east coast. But even in the wake of an investigation, Max is worried most about his wife and two young children, who are kept in the dark about his real life.

As Max battles his consuming addiction, dissolving family unit and the growing suspicion about his drug use amongst his associates, he watches helplessly as his well-crafted reality falls to pieces, leaving him searching for the spaces in between.

“Addiction: A 60s Love Story” was written by Jason Noto and directed by Tate Steinsiek.

Breaking Glass releases the film in theaters and on VOD on Nov. 6.
