Jeremy Renner‘s split from his wife, Canadian model Sonni Pacheco, has taken a new — and ugly — turn.

Court papers filed by “Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol” actor Renner and others last week hurl numerous allegations at Pacheco — including that that she threatened to reveal “intimate videos” of the actor.

In a declaration dated March 17, Renner calls Pacheco’s judgment into question, saying that Pacheco — with whom he has a young daughter, Ava — “does not interact with Ava on a regular basis.”

“I do not believe that Sonni is a bad person or bad parent,” Renner says in the declaration. “I do believe, however, that she exercises bad judgment.”

The worst example, Renner says, was in September 2014, when the actor was away on location. According to Renner, Pacheco left Ava, who turns two on March 28, at home “without any supervision for approximately fifteen minutes” when she went out for an evening with her friends. According to Renner, Pacheco “failed to check that anyone was home to watch Ava,” leaving a family friend to rush home to care for the child.

The most damning allegations probably come from Kristoffer Winters, who’s described as a “close friend” of Renner’s who lived with Renner and Pacheco in the same Los Angeles home. According to Winters, Pacheco admitted numerous times that she was only marrying Renner for American citizenship.

“On approximately eight additional occasions at our Franklin [Avenue] home, Sonni told me that she did not believe in marriage and only wanted Jeremy to marry her so that she could become a United States citizen and avoid returning to Canada.”

Winters also claims, “I heard Sonni say  at least five or six times when we were together at the Franklin house that Jeremy should be nice to her and not fight her on green card or money issues or else she would release intimate videos of him to TMZ.”

Winters also says she saw Sonni “regularly smoke cigarette and drink alcohol’ throughout her pregnancy.

The actor’s sister, who says she’s worked in the child welfare field, also filed her own petition that states in part, “Based on my professional experiences in child welfare ad my personal experiences as a mother, I have serious concerns about Sonni’s parenting abilities.”

Renner and Pacheco were married for just shy of a year before Pacheco filed for divorce.

Pacheco’s attorney has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment.
