Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon Mock Donald Trump Presidential Aspirations (Video)

ABC late-night host hopes Trump’s upcoming “major announcement” will be “Call Me Donna”

Donald Trump promised a “major announcement” in a video posted to his Instagram account earlier this week, and Jimmy Kimmel thinks he has an idea of what it is.

While some are speculating that Trump will announce a run for President in 2016, Kimmel guessed that it will be something even more shocking — he’s following in Caitlyn Jenner’s footsteps.

“Wouldn’t that be something?” Kimmel said while showing his audience Trump’s head superimposed on the Jenner’s Vanity Fair cover. “That’s how you give Hillary Clinton a run for her money.”

If it’s publicity he’s after, The Donald would be in good company if decided to take Kimmel’s suggestion seriously. The release of her photos scored Vanity Fair the biggest day in their site’s history on Monday, with over nine million unique users visiting the site.

Jenner also broke records on social media. After the former Olympian started her new Twitter account, she claimed the record for the account to reach one million followers the fastest, a record previously held by President Obama.

Jimmy Fallon also took aim at the idea of Trump making a bid for the White House. The “Tonight Show” host did a pros and cons list for Trump entering the 2016 race.

“Pro: His campaign will do well in the fly-over states,” Fallon said. “Con: His hair will do well in the comb-over states.”

Fallon also lampooned Trump’s plan to eliminate ISIS. “Con: He thinks ISIS is one of the Real Housewives he fired from ‘Celebrity Apprentice.’”
