Justin Bieber to Perform “What Do You Mean?” at VMAs Sunday

Pop star will sing new single at Aug. 30 show

Justin Bieber has been set to perform his newest single at the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday.

“What Do You Mean” is the lead single from the Canadian pop star’s upcoming album.

Miley Cyrus is slated to host the VMAs, which premiere at 9 p.m. ET Sunday on MTV. Among the artists scheduled to perform during the awards show are The Weeknd, Pharrell Williams, Demi Lovato, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Tori Kelly, A$AP Rocky and Twenty One Pilots.

During the show, rapper Kanye West will be presented with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.

Jesse Ignjatovic of Den of Thieves serves as executive producer for the VMAs along with Van Toffler, Stephen Friedman, Amy Doyle and Garrett English.

Garrett English is executive in charge of production for MTV. Joanna Bomberg, Jen Jones and Lee Lodge are the co-executive producers. Hamish Hamilton is the director.
