Kurt Sutter is set to start filming his new FX series in Wales beginning in March, Sutter confirmed via Twitter on Wednesday.

The series, called “The Bastard Executioner,” follows a knight living under the reign of Edward III. After years of war, the knight vows to never pick up his sword again. But when new enemies arise, he’s forced back into battle.

Sutter posted several images of possible filming locations on Instagram, including Caerphilly Castle in South Wales. He’s re-teaming with “Sons of Anarchy” director and producer Paris Barclay for his latest outing with FX. Former “Sons of Anarchy” star Katey Sagal, who is Sutter’s wife, is also attached for an unspecified role.

“Sons of Anarchy” wrapped up its final season on Dec. 9.
