Lena Dunham Takes Over Hillary Clinton’s Instagram Account

“I’m pretty focused on my outfits,” “Girls” creator tells Democratic frontrunner’s 640,000 followers

Lena Dunham has taken over Hillary Clinton’s Instagram account for the day.

On Friday, the creator of “Girls” fired out a photo of herself dressed in patriotic gear to Clinton’s 640,000 followers.

“Hey y’all! I made it to New Hampshire and I’m thrilled to be taking over the HRC Instagram! Warning: I’m pretty focused on my outfits,” the caption reads.

The picture garnered close to 7,000 likes within an hour.

Dunham and and U.S. national women’s soccer team star Abby Wambach are stumping for Clinton at a “Women For Hillary” event in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on Friday before heading to several other campaign rallies around the Granite State.

Wambach finished her career as the United States’ all-time leading scorer in the World Cup and Olympics. She is also the top scorer in international soccer history with 184 goals.

In September, Dunham interviewed Clinton for the launch of her new site, LennyLetter.com.
