Lil Wayne doesn’t let a little thing like a medical emergency keep him from away from the mic.

The rapper took the stage at the E3 convention in Los Angeles on Wednesday, just two days after suffering two seizures and being hospitalized in Nebraska.

Lil Wayne was on hand at the expo to promote his mobile app skating game for Samsung, TMZ reports. And while he was at it, he rocked the crowd with his vocal prowess. The game, titled Lil Wayne: Sqvad Up, features a soundtrack curated by the rapper.

According to Rolling Stone, Lil Wayne‘s performance included renditions of “John” and “No Ceilings.” He was initially scheduled to appear on Tuesday, but postponed following his medical scare.

As reported on Monday, the rapper was en route from Milwaukee to California when his private jet was forced to land — twice — in Omaha due to his seizures. After the second landing, the fire department rushed Lil Wayne to the hospital.

The rapper from New Orleans, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., has said he’s epileptic and has a history of seizures.
