Star previously showed two episodes of the show at South by Southwest
Jack Black will appear at Comic-Con to promote upcoming web series “Ghost Ghirls,” which he produced and guest stars in, Shine America and Yahoo announced on Monday.
Co-creators Amanda Lund, Maria Blasucci and Jeremy Konner will join Black on stage to talk about the show, along with Erin McPherson, video chief at Yahoo, which will air the show this fall.
They will present an episode of “Ghost Ghirls,” starring Lund and Blasucci as friends working as paranormal investigators. Each episode presents a new case.
“We heard that Comic-Con is haunted. Never fear, The Ghost Ghirls are on the way!” Black, who last appeared at Comic-Con in 2005 for “King Kong,” said in a statement.
Black recruited several celebrities and friends to make cameos, including Molly Shannon, Val Kilmer and Jason Schwartzman. Yahoo and Black previously debuted episodes of the show at South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Tx, in March, which TheWrap wrote about here.
