Jon Stewart to Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly: ‘No…Stop…Bill…Don’t’

Forr the past couple of years, Jon Stewart has portrayed Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly as the most rational member of the Fox News' primetime lineup.

Stewart and O’Reilly may not agree on much, but compared to Sean Hannity or Greta Van Susteren, Bill O’Reilly is Jon Stewart’s ideological ally. Yet that doesn’t mean Stewart would cry if O’Reilly all of a sudden disappeared.

O’Reilly threatened to do just that if President Barack Obama raised taxes on the wealthy -- though the earnestness of O’Reilly’s plan is certainly in question.

What did Stewart have to say?

After a lengthy pause: “No…stop…Bill…don’t…please…no.”

As the man with nine consecutive Emmy wins pointed out, no one should poke fun at O’Reilly, he is just standing up for an “exploited minority.”
