Ryan Seacrest is in early talks with agency CAA and entertainment company AEG about jointly launching a new cable network, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The venture is in very preliminary stages, but the network's concept is described as oriented toward music, pop culture and lifestyle. Seacrest is only expected to operate as an influential partner rather than as the face and personality.
The network would pull programming from AEG's worldwide concert and live venues and leverage Seacrest's entertainment industry relationships and insight as a reality producer.
