The younger Stallone appeared alongside his father in 1990's "Rocky V," playing Rocky Balboa Jr. He went on to appear in a handful of films including "Reflections of Evil" and "Promises Written in Water."
Stallone's attorney, George Braunstein, told the New York Post that the younger Stallone was "in good spirits" recently.
