In honor of Tuesday’s general elections, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Democratic leader of the House of Representatives, dropped in on “Late Show With David Letterman” to read the night’s Top 10 list, in the form of a cheeky civics lesson.
For her stint on the late-night offering, Pelosi reeled off the “Top 10 Things You Never Knew About the House of Representatives.”

Among the entries: “Thanks to corporate sponsorship, Majority Whip.”
And, “Members tap silverware against water glasses to encourage the House leaders to kiss.”
