New ‘Fuller House’ Teaser Shows Tanner Family Moving Back Home (Video)

The Netflix sitcom will start streaming on Feb. 26

The entire Tanner family moves back home in the new teaser for Netflix’s “Fuller House,” and it’s more crowded than ever.

There is a lot going on as Uncle Joey (Dave Coulier), Kimmy (Andrea Barber), Becky (Lori Loughlin) and Danny (Bob Saget) carrying boxes throughout the house and hastily talk over each other as Carly Rae Jepsen’s rendition of the “Full House” theme song is playing over the chaos of moving.

D.J. Tanner (Candace Cameron Bure), sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) are also visible in the teaser amidst a cluster of new kids getting comfortable in their new home.

The 13-episode first season centers on D.J. Tanner-Fuller, who is recently widowed and raising three sons. Her sister Stephanie and best friend Kimmy move back into the home the Tanner girls grew up in to help raise D.J.’s kids.

Michelle Tanner, played by the Olsen twins in the ABC sitcom that ran from 1987 to 1995, will not be featured in the sequel series. Her absence will be explained away by characters in the show who say that Michelle is creating her fashion empire in New York.

Netflix’s “Fuller House” will be available starting Feb. 26.
