Sorry, Carlin Q. Williams; you’ve been eliminated in the Prince Inheritance Sweepstakes.

Williams, a Colorado prison inmate who claimed to have been the “1999” singer’s son, has been ruled out as a possible heir, the Associated Press reports.

Williams had previously claimed that his mother had unprotected sex with Prince in a Kansas City, Missouri, hotel room in 1976.

The 39-year-old inmate, from Kansas City, is currently serving time on a firearm charge.

Back in May, Williams asked a court to expedite and prioritize testing of people who claimed a “parent-child relationship” with the musician.

Numerous people have filed papers claiming that they are heirs to Prince’s fortune, which has been estimated to be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Prince died April 21 at age 57 of an accidental prescription drug overdose. Shortly after his death, his sister, Tyka Nelson, filed papers saying that a will for the singer had not been found.

In lieu of a will, Bremer Trust, National Association has been appointed special administrator of the musician’s estate.

Williams’ attorneys and Bremer have not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment.
