Conservative author and radio host Michael Savage claims he is the architect of Donald Trump’s messaging.
“For 21 years, my message has been borders, language and culture,” Savage said during yesterday’s edition of “The Savage Nation.”
“And I’m going to take credit, not for getting out the vote, I certainly wouldn’t take credit for that, I did not do that. But for being the architect of Trump’s messaging,” Savage said. “There is no way to refute that. Everyone who understands the realities of what Trump is saying and why he is popular understands it’s related to what I have written going back several books now, or what I’ve said on radio since 1994.”
Savage describes himself as a “multimedia icon in the conservative movement, heard by 10 million listeners a week.” He is also the author of 25 books, including four New York Times best-sellers.
