During her Wednesday briefing, newly-appointed White House Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, read a letter to President Trump that was written by a young admirer.
The admirer in question is nine-year-old Dylan Harbin, but according to the child, “everybody calls me ‘Pickle.’” In his letter, which Huckabee Sanders reads on camera (watch in the video above), Dylan-slash-Pickle proclaims that Trump is his favorite president. “I like you so much that I had a birthday about you. My cake was the shape of your hat.” (Yes, Pickle was likely referring to Trump’s famous, red “Make America Great Again” cap that his supporters like to wear.)
Dylan then goes on to ask several questions in his letter: “How old are you?” “How big is the White House?” “How much money do you have?”
When Dylan writes, “I don’t know why people don’t like you.” Then Huckabee Sanders offers her own response: “Me either, Dylan.”
Of course, Twitter had a field day with this one. In addition to listing reasons why POTUS is so disliked, people questioned whether or not the letter was real.
Made up letter, I'm sure. Pathetic. Just like he used his 11 year old son the other day in a tweet, now some 9 year old (or "9 year old").

Dylan's about as real as Trump's imaginary friend from his own stories…

Some offered up other “child-written” letters for Huckabee Sanders to read on camera.
