Penn stars as a former special forces soldier and military contractor suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome. He tries to reconnect with his longtime love, but first must go on the run from London to Barcelona and across Europe in order to clear his name.

The announcement was made Open Road chief executive Tom Ortenberg and StudioCanal chairman and chief executive Olivier Courson.

The deal was negotiated on behalf of Open Road by Ortenberg, general counsel and operating officer Elliott Kleinberg, executive VP of production and acquisitions Peter Lawson and Anna Marsh, Studiocanal's head of international sales.
