Taylor Swift Loses Against a Treadmill in New Apple Music Ad (Video)

The advertising campaign comes eight months after Swift penned an open letter to the streaming service when she refused to stream her “1989” album

Taylor Swift takes a tumble off of a treadmill in a new Apple Music ad.

The commercial features the pop star scouring through various playlists on her phone before settling with Drake‘s “Jumpman,” which she knows all the words to. But rapping while running proves to be dangerous combination.

She falls flat on her face, because Apple Music is “distractingly good.”

Swift and Apple have had a rocky past: On June 21, the music artist penned an open letter to Apple, explaining that she would withhold “1989” from Apple’s upcoming service in protest of its decision not to pay royalties for music streamed during its three-month free trial period. Later that day, Apple responded to Swift’s concerns and agreed to reverse its policy of not paying artists for their content.

Then, the singer-songwriter confirmed her latest album, “1989,” will be on Apple Music. Shortly after, she unveiled “The 1989 World Tour LIVE” concert special on the streaming service, as well.
