‘The Art of More’ Gets Season 2 Renewal From Crackle

Dennis Quaid drama just debuted on Nov. 19, but has already scored 10 additional episodes

“The Art of More” is getting … more.

Sony’s Crackle has renewed the Dennis Quaid one-hour drama for a second season less than two weeks after its series debut. Since the Nov. 19 premiere, “The Art of More” has earned 2 million views. More than half of those viewers were new to the free streaming network, Crackle said.

“As our most ambitious series to date, ‘The Art of More’ is a brand-defining drama that speaks to Crackle’s mission to be a home to must-see original content,” said Eric Berger, general manager of Crackle and executive vice president of Sony Pictures Television Digital Networks. “The successful performance of the series in such a short amount of time is a testament to the incredible team behind it who will take our audience deeper into a world where there is still much more story to tell.”

“I loved playing Samuel Brukner and couldn’t be happier to be joining the cast and crew of ‘The Art of More’ for another season, said Quaid. “I’m so thankful to all the viewers who have come over to Crackle and embraced the show — next season is going to be even more ruthless.”

“This story is only just beginning and I can’t wait to dive back into this world and work again with such a wonderful company of people,” added co-star Christian Cooke.

The 10-episode second season will begin shooting in early 2016.
