’90 Day Fiance’s’ Amy Worries Future Father-in-Law Won’t Accept Her on Explosive Reunion (Exclusive Video)

The South African native says she still struggles with Danny’s dad’s antiquated views on the TLC special

TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé” is wrapping up Season 2 with a no-holds-barred reunion.

In TheWrap‘s exclusive clip from this weekend’s “90 Day Fiancé” tell all, the six couples meet for the first time in an emotionally-charged special.

In the video, Danny’s dad makes his views quite clear.

“Are you two really prepared for this interracial marriage in this country where it’s not accepted?” he asks the couple.

“Yes, and we’re ready for it,” Danny answers.

The reality show, which airs on TLC, follows six couples made up of Americans who brought their foreign-born girlfriends or boyfriends to the United States on a K-1 visa. But, there’s a catch: The couple must get married in 90 days. If they don’t, the foreign-born fiancé or fiancée risks getting shipped back home.

While Danny’s dad is less than thrilled about the upcoming nuptials, his mom has no issues with Amy’s race.

“She’s family and I will treat her like a daughter.”

But, Danny’s dad insists he’s nowhere near as accepting as his wife.

“90 Day Fiancé’s” Reunion airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on TLC.
