Trevor Noah mocked Donald Trump on Monday’s “Daily Show” over lewd sexual comments that the GOP nominee made in 2005, saying, “It’s not the locker room, it’s you, motherf—er.”
Trump has called his hot-mic moment — which came to light on Friday afternoon, two days before Sunday’s second presidential debate — “locker room talk.” But Noah disagreed.
“Since Friday, nothing has been the same,” Noah said, before he reminded viewers that people actually thought the second debate would be interesting because of drama surrounding Trump’s tax returns.
“God damn,” Noah hollered, referring to the weekend’s events. “I’ll tell you this: When this history of American politics is written, it will be divided into two distinct eras — before pussy and after pussy.”
On Friday, The Washington Post published a video featuring Trump on a hot mic boasting to Billy Bush about kissing, groping and having sex with women. Trump has been under fire since the tape surfaced, with many prominent Republicans dropping their support of their own party’s nominee for the White House.
“When you’re a star, they let you do anything. … I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything,” Trump said in the tape. “Grab ‘em by the pussy.”
But Noah took issue with that. “What kind of person grabs the pussy? That doesn’t sound pleasurable for either party involved,” Noah said. “Maybe it’s a tiny hands thing.”
