"Fairly Legal" is fairly over.

The USA series, which starred "The L Word" veteran Sarah Shahi (pictured) as lawyer-turned mediator Kate Reed, has been canceled after two seasons.

Shahi recently signed on for the new Dick Wolf drama "Chicago Fire," which airs on NBC, which like USA falls under the NBC Universal umbrella.

“Sarah Shahi is undoubtedly a star and we’re thrilled she’ll be joining our sister network NBC on 'Chicago Fire,'" a spokeswoman for USA Network told TheWrap in a statement. "We are proud of Fairly Legal and thank the very talented cast and crew for two fantastic seasons.”
