Former "Survivor" producer Bruce-Beresford Redman is expected to be charged Monday in the murder of his wife during a family vacation in Cancun, Mexican authorities have announced.
Beresford-Redman has returned to Los Angeles, despite being ordered to stay in Mexico until his wife's murder investigation is complete.
His passport was confiscated and he was ordered not to leave Mexico after his wife's body was found in a sewer at the Moon Palace Resort on April 8.
