Sarah Silverman Show Saved by Gay Network

The comedian Sarah Silverman will keep her Comedy Central show alive.

 

Silverman and her fellow executive producers had threatened to walk off "The Sarah Silverman Program" had threatened to leave the series after Comedy Central sought to reduce its budget to $850,000 an episode from $1.1 million.

 

Instead the network will produce a new 10-episode season of the show with Logo, the gay-themed cable network.
